Skirt is full circle and has 3 layers, top layer made with hot pink mirror organza and trimmed with wide ruffled white mirror organza, second layer is crape satin with the wide mirror organza ruffle and a third layer of a lining fabric for your comfort
a large petticoat could be worn but not necessary with the fullness of the dress
a Larger dress could be adjusted but a smaller dress will not fit
